"Hillman Avenger" by Tim Hart

I was reading through the forum sections on Autoweek when I followed a link regarding someone spotting an old Plymouth Cricket which is a very rare sight in America. The Cricket was just one of many cars based on the english Hillman Avenger (then part of The Rootes Group which was owned by Chrysler at the time). Well, here I discovered a quirky song by Tim Hart from 1979 called... "Hillman Avenger" of course. Not your typical car song, but certainly entertaining enough. I like the vintage keyboard sounds courtesy of Vic Emerson who played with Roxy Music way back when. I just had to pass it along.
