The Future Human League...

Years before The Human League became international superstars (and before two members left to form Heaven 17) with the global smash single "Dont You Want Me," they produced much more experimental electronic music (keep in mind they were inspired by the music found in A Clockwork Orange and Dr. Who). Nearly 30 years later, it is hard to imagine this is where the band started. Below is a collection of early tracks (from the brilliant Blind Youth site) highlighting the late 70s avant garde music created by the original lineup (the first two of which they released as The Future).

The Future
Looking For The Black Haired Girls
Pulse Lovers

The Human League
Interface
Disco Disaster
The Year Of The Jet Packs
Dance Like A Star

Bonus Tracks:
Dance Like A Star (Afront's Rebeats Extended Mix)
Dance Like A Star (Afront's Linnstrumental Mix)
The Black Hit Of Space (EMP Spacial Dub)
Empire State Human (Ex-Rental Mile High Mix)
Being Boiled (EMP Blind Revenge Mix)

Double Bonus:
If you are looking for the band's inspiration, then head over to the brilliant Soundsational site and grab White Noise by Delia Derbyshire (composed the Dr. Who Theme) and David Vorhaus.

Ok, Triple Bonus:
A track from Delia Derbyshire herself....
Music of Spheres
