Stepping outside of Christmas for a moment, but certainly embracing another big holiday closing in on us, here is a new release from the Reboot Stereophonic label (I just picked up thier Irving Fields release which is stellar). Not sure I would call this a traditional tune by any measure, but it certainly stands out. The original appears on the album Jewface, a collection of rare recordings from 1903 to 1924 compiled by Slate Magazine writer Jody Rosen. Under The Matzos Tree "Mocean Worker's Remix" (Ada Jones)
