Artist Spotlight: The Strikeboys

Last summer German electronic music duo The Strikeboys released Being In A Boy Group through the Stereo Deluxe label. Tommy Yamaha and Martin Kaisa released their breakthrough debut album, Selected Funks, through the legendary Wall of Sound label in 1998. Since then they have been a fixture in the club scene as well as successful remixers for a diverse range of artists from Bounty Killer to Tom Jones. The new album features an array of guest vocalists and has been described as "a wild mixture of rhythms winding between disco, electro, house, rock and even a little reggae-riddim." Below are two tracks and one video from the new album. The first track features Cyrena Dunbar of the Ballet Nuernberg on vocals. The second track was also released as a 12" single with the tracks Paralysed Part 2 and Push Push.
