Artist Spotlight: The Faint

Formed in Omaha, Nebraska, synth-rock band The Faint was originally known as Norman Bailer, a reference to author Norman Mailer. The band Norman Bailer also included Conor Oberst, of Bright Eyes, with whom The Faint toured in 2005. The Faint (along with Bright Eyes) are currently signed to Saddle Creek Records, the Omaha-based indie label. Here is a collection of tracks from three of the band's albums plus several remixes. Note: Fans of The Killers and Klaxons should certianly check these guys out.
