Wow, productive post period for today. May not happen so much as of next week when I return to work, but we'll see. Anyway, following up on the Visage post, here's a series of singles and rare tracks from another eclectic new romantic group know as Tik & Tok. Screen Me, I'm Yours was thier biggest hit (and only in small circles that is). They recently reunited and released a new EP in 2005 which is pretty good. Formed out of the ashes of Shock, "a rock / mime / burlesque music troupe," the duo were well known for thier visual performances and eventually appeared as two aliens in Return Of The Jedi. They were the support act for part of Duran Duran's 1982 tour. Gary Numan and Peter Godwin appear on a few of the band's tracks, which were collected on the out-of-print album Intolerance. Very cool music, and a must for fans of Visage, Freur, Fad Gadget, and other early new romantic bands.Screen Me, I'm Yours "Maxi Mix"
