As I've stated before, I'm not the biggest fan of mash-ups because, well quite frankly, many simply suck. They are done by amateurs and you can easily hear the poor chop jobs on so many of them. That said, there are quite a few out there that are just amazing. Here is an example of one that just works so well. The marriage of Death Cab for Cutie's Soul Meets Body and instrumental elements from Madonna's Hung Up. What you end up with is an indie-dance track worthy of New Order.
