New Release Spotlight: Uh Huh Her

Here's a great new indie electro release from the Los Angeles-based female duo Uh Huh Her (name derived from a PJ Harvey b-side) which debuted this week on MTVu. A great combination of sampled guitar and swirling synths combined with Leisha Hailey's vocals (ex-Murmurs, Gush) make this an ideal add to rock radio formats. Think Sarah McLachlan meets Republica and you'll get an idea of where Not A Love Song is coming from. Guaranteed to reach your favorite indie station by the time you read this. Look for their debut full-length album Common Reaction to hit stores on August 19th.
